I made these easy peasy bag toppers for the goodie bags that i sent to my nephews in Georgia. I thought you guys might like them, too! They would be fun to share with classmates or even to top lunch bags.
Here's the 4-1-1...
1. Download and print the template here. {they will also always be available in the free stuff for you button on my sidebar} I recommend you print it onto white cardstock.
2. Cut the template out.
3. Using a white crayon or colored pencil, trace the template onto black cardstock. Don't worry about the windows or door yet.
4. Cut the house out of the black paper. Don't worry about seeing the white lines on the paper after you cut. I think it adds to the spooky-ness!
5. Using the white crayon or pencil, draw the windows and doors, as seen on the template. No drawing skills necessary. In my opinion, the more wonky the windows and doors are, the better. Again, crooked windows are spooky!
Color inside the windows with a yellow crayon or pencil. Add a message, if desired.
6. Staple the house to your bag.
I used brown lunch bags to make mine, but any color would be cute and these would work on ziploc baggies, too.
Feel free to pin and share this download, but as always, it is for personal use only. Thanks so much, friends.
Happy Halloween from whimsy studios!
