I love fall and Halloween and the fact that my aversion to dusting lends itself to the decor this month. :)
The Dracula poster came from the Dollar Store a few years ago and i painted an old canvas with black acrylic paint, then hand lettered it with chalk. I intended to paint the lettering, once i had chalked it on, but i really liked the effect of the chalk, so i kept it that way.
Last weekend i bought black high temp spray paint to paint the fireplace frame and doors. I'm hoping to get to it this weekend. We'll use this for our "before" pic.
A friend of mine who works in the dental industry gave these to me. They are the perfect accessory for my Halloween mantle! So creepy!
Katie made this haunted house a few years ago...and i love it.
My sister Susan made these jar candle slip covers for me, for my birthday. She is so crafty. Aren't they pretty? ♥
candy corn love...
Halloween glitter in the studio...
and, these cuties were made by Griff at last week's Kid's Craft Casserole.
Weather today, here in Indiana, calls for a high of 58. Perfect for high school football tailgating! Hope you have a fun fall weekend planned, friends! Happy Friday!
